Review

No one has the perfect marriage, but many thought Izzy and Jazz did.  So when Jasmine started to change and stretch her wings, Israel was left reeling his world was falling apart at the seams. Both still love each other very much, so can they work out their issues before their marriage becomes irrevocable?

I really enjoyed this book since it shows what happens after the fairy tale wedding. Izzy and Jazz has the same issues most of us have in the real world, so readers can relate to them. The fact that this couple's issues center around them and not because of other people really captured me. Their love and passion is undeniable, so I was glad that they both wanted to work out their issues. It was a rough road, but in the end they became stronger and that is something really special.

This is second book in the Cameron Farms series and what a spectacular book it is. I appreciate the fact it features an older couple in real life situations. They both grow and change for each other and to better themselves.

You Always is about never giving up, even if you have a break and reassess the situation. Second chances don't happen every day, so you have to make the most of them when they do. Just be prepare to take an emotional journey when you pick this book up, but it will be well worth it.

You Only

Fifteen years ago, Hale Cameron had it all.  She was the only child of the richest family in three counties, engaged to the town’s rising star attorney, and considered the Princess of Whitleysburg. The problem, she hated the person she had become. To escape the expectations of her hometown, she packs up and leaves it all behind.

Finn Robbins seems to have rebounded nicely from his broken engagement. He is now Mayor of the town, successful and has his pick of available women. When Hale returns to take her place as owner of Cameron Farms, he plans to avoid her as much as possible. Too bad that he comes to like this version of the woman who broke his heart.

Hale doesn’t expect Whitleysburg to welcome her back, small towns have long memories. She hopes to live and work on her farm and to keep a low profile, staying out of Finn’s way. However in her town, you cannot avoid your neighbor.

Whenever Finn and Hale are together the sparks fly, as their attraction grows stronger. They must decide if they can accept their pasts and move forward to a future together.

About Melanie Jayne

I live on a grain farm southeast of Indianapolis, Indiana with my very patient husband of twenty-five years and our two English Mastiffs, Buster Brown and Ginger. I graduated from Indiana University when it was the #1 party school in the country and I took great pride in helping the school achieve that ranking.

I haven't figured out what I want to be when I grow up. I change careers every decade. I have worked in retail, a federal courtroom, traveled across the state closing loans, and behind the scenes in a casino.

I've always had an active imagination so when a good friend suggested that I try writing a book, I thought why not, it should be fun. It has, but I have had to work very hard to learn how to do it. I am so lucky for the outpouring of advice and education from so many in the industry, plus the hand-holding and cheerleading from My Gurls. I also have an incredible Ad-man-istrative Assistant, who tries to keep me under control. He rolls his eyes so much that I worry about a permanent condition.
When I ‘m not working or writing type stuff, I sleep, watch courtroom TV shows, and sports. I was a competitive pro-am ballroom dancer for ten years and I read as many books as I can.

I love to attend Author-Reader Conventions and look forward to meeting you.
